	Yes! We want to join and become a member of the myschooldirectory.org community and publish our own profitable school "yellow pages" for the October 2006-2007 school edition. We understand we assume no risk and will receive a full refund of our membership fee if the program doesn't make our school a profit of at least $2,000 the first year. We agree to put in a good faith effort and follow Gene's program step- by-step.

	$597/annual member tuition. For small elementary schools comprising 1 class per grade.
	$697/annual member tuition. For large elementary schools comprising 2 classes per grade.
	2 Payment Member Tuition Plan We prefer to pay in two installments. We understand that we will receive the same program as the single tuition payment option stated above.
	Two payments of $314 for a total of $628.00. For schools comprising 1 class per grade.
	Two payments of $364.00 for a total of $728.00. For schools comprising 2 classes per grade.

	Yes! We are very excited about your program and want to become a member of the MySchoolDirectory community but we want to raise some money first. Please register our school for your "Send No Money" option. We understand we won't receive a confirmed production spot until our membership tuition is paid and our membership is confirmed.
