No ownership rights in public domain materials at this web site, the school directory and print materials are negated or transferred to the user if the user agrees to this agreement.

Use of Materials
1. You are given access to a custom spreadsheet, on-line and off-line materials for which you will prepay in your registration when you become a member with MySchoolDirectory™.org. This includes future password access to an on-line database. Restricted use of materials may apply to terms when a no prepayment option is selected as described on the web site.
2. Your full access to all materials is limited in duration to one year following agreement to membership and confirmed with your registration number once selected prepayment option and term is received. This duration will be automatically renewed upon receipt of selected payment term for the next calendar year.
3. You may make screen, digital, and print copies for non-commercial, personal, or school uses of all materials of the program to which you registered. Copies can be used in an effort to promote and solicit directory ads and listing fees, from potential supporters.

3.a. For the case of an account of a school group of authorized officials and volunteers.
3.b. "You" refers to each implied member of the group, the number of such members designated by the group necessary to implement the program. You may download and copy for non-commercial use, personal, or school use, all materials in the spreadsheet and/or any databases to which you are entitled as a member. Examples of uses include back up, storage on a floppy disk, e-mail attachments or CD for transport between separate computers or manipulation in a different software application.
3.c. You may download and make multiple print copies for non-commercial use, personal, or school use if required to promote the program to sales prospects and school families.

4. The intellectual content derived solely from manipulations you make to on-line and off-line materials to which you are entitled are the property of MySchoolDirectory™.org.
5. "Derived work" is defined as a material resulting from alteration of the text, image content, or design arrangement of MySchoolDirectory™.org copyrighted materials, in which elements of copyrighted text, image, or design remain identifiable.
6. Commercial use of derived work(s), without prior written permission from American Marketing Solutions, LLC is strictly prohibited. "Commercial Use" refers to the sale of the derived work(s) for a profit.
7. If membership to MySchoolDirectory™.org should terminate for any reason, any and all materials, programs, spreadsheets, copies and derived works must be returned to MySchoolDirectory™.org by 5 business days of the day written permission is granted as it applies to stated terms or guarantees on the web site. The same policy applies to memberships that are not renewed and all materials must be returned by 5 days after the first calendar year agreement ends.

Prohibited Uses
1. You are prohibited from doing anything with the MySchoolDirectory™.org program and materials that you are not expressly permitted to do.
2. You may not transfer the spreadsheet or future passwords to anyone who is not a member of your school group account.

MySchoolDirectory™.org does not warrant that the materials at the web site, in the user reference guide, in the spreadsheet or in other off-line materials or future databases fulfill any purpose for which you accessed the materials as a member, or for any purpose for which you made allowed copies.
2. MySchoolDirectory™.org makes no representation as to the substantive accuracy or truth of content at this web site and user reference guide.
3. MySchoolDirectory™.org makes no representation as to the amount of money your school can raise except any claim made in the guarantee on the web site.
4. The materials at this web site, user reference guide and in future databases might contain technical inaccuracies or typographical errors.
